Insert ball bearing is a kind of deformation for deep groove ball bearing, special point is spherical outer ring surface, it could be match with housing, so that the unit is self-aligning.

According to matching with different housings, there are three kinds of insert ball bearing:

UC and SB series, there are two set screws on outer ring surface with angle120°, for fixing when it cooperates with shaft.

UK series, it has 1:12 taper inner bore, and must be used in cooperation with adapter sleeves, and UK series could match larger load compared with UC series.

SA and NA series, there are insert ball bearings with eccentric collar, so the upper end must be eccentric pinning interface.
